Friends in Halifax
Make friends in Halifax.
Halifax is small enough to run into people and big enough that running into them is not a plan. The Halifax pool is open.
WeVenture is forming crews in Toronto first. In Halifax, sign-ups go into a local pool, and a crew forms once enough people nearby want the same thing and fit the same week. You can also choose an online crew in the meantime.

Ideas for a Halifax crew
What a crew in Halifax could do.
Your crew forms around one shared interest and votes on the actual plans. Here is where a few of them could start.
Hiking
Walk the trails in Point Pleasant Park at the tip of the peninsula.
Local food
Start at the Halifax Seaport Farmers' Market and work along the waterfront.
Coffee chats
The North End and Quinpool Road are good spots for a standing coffee.
Places named here are public spots a crew might choose. WeVenture is not affiliated with them.
Close to home
Halifax neighbourhoods a crew could meet in.
Crews form around people who live close enough to meet every week, so where you live matters as much as what you love.
