Terms for showing up.

These Terms govern your use of weventure, operated by Next Aura Labs Inc. Before creating an account or signing in, you must agree to these Terms and the Community Standards.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and provide accurate information. One person may not impersonate another or create accounts to evade a block or safety action.

What weventure provides

weventure helps applicants form and sustain purpose-driven recurring groups. Matching is an informed proposal, not a guarantee of friendship, compatibility, attendance, safety, professional results, or group survival. Members independently choose whether to accept a seat and continue.

Zero tolerance for abuse

weventure has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post threats, harassment, hate or dehumanizing content, unwanted sexual content, exploitation, scams, spam, unlawful material, or another person’s private information. You agree that weventure may filter or remove content, block accounts, and remove members who violate these rules.

Your commitments

You agree to participate honestly, respect confidentiality and boundaries, keep commitments or communicate changes, avoid harassment and exploitation, follow venue and applicable laws, and use reporting and emergency services appropriately. Do not upload unlawful content or sensitive information you do not have the right to share.

In-person activity and risk

Some groups involve physical activity or meeting strangers. Use your own judgment, meet in appropriate places, follow safety guidance, obtain professional advice where needed, and do not treat weventure as emergency, medical, legal, mental-health, or financial support. Contact local emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.

Content and privacy

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give weventure the limited permission needed to host, process, moderate, and display it according to your choices and the Privacy Policy. Do not copy or publish another member’s private information without permission.

Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

You can report content or conduct and block an abusive member in the app. Blocking immediately hides that member’s shared posts from you, prevents future matching, and sends the report to weventure. weventure reviews objectionable-content reports within 24 hours and may remove the reported content, eject the member from the group, suspend the account, pause invitations, prevent rematching, regroup or end a group. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent removal.

Service changes and ending use

You may leave or request deletion at any time. weventure may change, suspend, or discontinue features and will provide notice when a change materially affects active members where practical.

Disclaimers and liability

weventure is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, weventure is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss or for independent conduct between members.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your home jurisdiction.
