San Jose is full of people who moved for tech jobs and found that the job did not come with a crew. The San Jose pool is open.
WeVenture is forming crews in Toronto first. In San Jose, sign-ups go into a local pool, and a crew forms once enough people nearby want the same thing and fit the same week. You can also choose an online crew in the meantime.
